Show date on layaway preview

I run a bicycleshop and people bring there bikes all the time, we use the waitingline for repairs that have been fixed but not picked up yet. When they come to pick up there bike we can find the repair in the system and open it up and let them pay for the work thats on the screen. Sometimes people dont pick up the bike and we have no registration of when they brought the bike or when the bike is finished in and put in the waiting line. When the date is also in the waitingline we can see how long the bike is ready to pickup and see if customers arent picking it up so we can contact them and tell them its in the shop too long...
